Maintenance Enforcement Officers

1.      Minister for Law has appointed Mr Ng Yong Kiat Francis to be the chief maintenance enforcement officer with effect from 16 January 2025.

2.      In addition, Minister for Law has appointed the following officers as maintenance enforcement officers with effect from 16 January 2025:

(a) Mr Lim Jian Yi

(b) Ms Yap Cai Ping

(c) Ms Goh Xin Hui

(d) Mr Nur Hidayat Bin Sa'at

(e) Ms Yvonne Kua Puay Tze

(f) Ms Teo Yen Hui, Grace

(g) Ms Thangiah Vasanthie

(h) Ms Nur Khalishah Binte Roslan

(i) Ms Lim Hui Min Joyce

(j) Ms Ng Simin Serene

(k) Ms Nila Kalavathy Nadarajah

3.      Minister for Law has also appointed the following persons as maintenance enforcement officers to assist with the conciliation sessions with effect from 16 January 2025:

(a) Mr Chew Yew Kuen Michael

(b) Mrs Chia Swee Tin

(c) Mr Wee Pang Kiat

(d) Ms Lela Kaur

(e) Mdm Kamaria Binte Djorimi

(f) Mr Chong Kum Wah Raymond

(g) Mr Kelly Yap

4.      In addition, the following officers are appointed as Maintenance Enforcement Officers with effect from 17 March 2025:

(a) Ms Tan Hui Ping, Andrea

(b) Ms Nadiah Farhanah Binte Mohamed

(c) Mr Muhammad Muhsin Bin Abdul Jalil

5.      Ms Indaraty Binte Yunus is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 1 April 2025.
