Maintenance Enforcement Officers

1.      Minister for Law has appointed Mr Ng Yong Kiat Francis to be the chief maintenance enforcement officer with effect from 16 January 2025.

2.      In addition, Minister for Law has appointed the following officers as maintenance enforcement officers with effect from 16 January 2025:

(a) Mr Lim Jian Yi

(b) Ms Goh Xin Hui

(c) Mr Hidayat Saat

(d) Ms Teo Yen Hui, Grace

(e) Ms Thangiah Vasanthie

(f) Ms Nur Khalishah Binte Roslan

(g) Ms Lim Hui Min Joyce

(h) Ms Ng Simin Serene

(i) Ms Nila Kalavathy Nadarajah

3.      In addition, the following officers are appointed as Maintenance Enforcement Officers with effect from 17 March 2025:

(a) Ms Tan Hui Ping, Andrea

(b) Ms Nadiah Farhanah Binte Mohamed

(c) Mr Muhammad Muhsin Bin Abdul Jalil

4.      Ms Indaraty Binte Yunus is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 1 April 2025.

5.      Mr Muhammad Firdaus Habib Mohamed is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 21 July 2025.

6.      The following officers are appointed as Maintenance Enforcement Officers with effect from 1 September 2025:

(a) Ms Istyana Putri Ibrahim

(b) Mr Lee Kam Hoong

(c) Ms Nur Liyana Farzana Mohamed Idris

7.      Ms Han Shurou is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 13 September 2025.

8.      Ms Erahilwana Binte Abdul Kifli is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 13 October 2025.

9.      Ms Nur Anisa Rosli is appointed as a Maintenance Enforcement Officer with effect from 9 February 2026.

10.      The following officers are appointed as Maintenance Enforcement Officers with effect from 23 February 2026:

(b) Mr Ren Kai
