Monthly or lump sum maintenance for a wife, an incapacitated husband or a child

Part 8 of the Women's Charter 1961

Monthly or periodical sum or a lump sum maintenance to a wife, or former wife, or an incapacitated husband or incapacitated former husband, or child:

(a) during the course of any matrimonial proceedings; and

(b) when granting or at any time subsequent to the grant of a judgment of divorce, judicial separation or nullity of marriage.
